l loves sushi so much that eaten sushi all over Japan and even worked in a sushi restaurant.
My job is staff at sushi restaurant in Tokyo. Every day many foreign people are coming to our restaurant but it’s hard for them to understand about Japanese sushi culture.
I know foreign people understand about what is sushi but many sushi chef probably don’t talk about details for foreign people because they have to focus on making sushi during working.
It’s not just making sushi they also go to fish market from early morning and before opening they prepare everything. I don’t have these skills but I can explain knowledge about sushi like if they can’t use chopsticks well they can grab sushi by their fingers. I wish foreign people having fun with sushi culture more and more but it’s not easy because each sushi restaurants have kinds of rules to enjoy it.
