Tsukiji Market

This is a tuna tail. Probably not many foreigners have ever seen real tuna. Many foreigners order tuna. Restaurants also have special tuna menus. In Japan, they put on a show to demonstrate the dismantling of tuna. I have seen it at SUSHI restaurant. The size and the knife work of the chef are very powerful. I hope you have a chance to see it. I ordered and ate the freshly cut tuna. I remember it was fresh and very exciting. Next time I will try to make a video.

By the way, I have been going to Tsukiji Market for over 25 years. More and more restaurants are offering oysters and sashimi in an easy-to-eat way. I think good that it’s very crowded.

However, there are some stores that offer overpriced seafood and rice bowls to foreign tourists.

I will recommend some restaurants in other posts.
